Investec SA are looking for an individual who is able to work in partnership with others (Application and Platform Team). This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast moving, creative and challenging environment as part of a multi-skilled team, working on a range of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with design documents including business requirements specifications, detailed process/ data flow diagrams, systems capabilities, interfaces and business processes, and implement system development solutions to best meet the requirements
• Ability to elicit requirements and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Deployment, upgrades and production support for the application
• Ability to work independently once given tasks and interact with people from all areas of the team
• Passionate about technology with a view of development trends focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure)
• Ability to deal with pressure and remain level-headed, as well as multi-task, prioritise and deliver to milestones
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work and perform in an unstructured environment with flexibility to change
• Responsible for quality delivery while embracing test driven development, continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Develop, design and implement solutions based on the initiative focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365(Sales / Service / Marketing)

Job Requirements:

• 3 years or more experience as a Business Analyst or similar
• 2 years or more experience with Power Platform
• 5 years or more experience in a similar role with an in-depth understanding of IT and project methodologies
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment to build incremental features in order to produce an application release
• 5 years or more working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM front-end configuration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM best practices
• IT Degree or Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
