Job Description:
This individual will provide 2nd Level support to a team of IT Support Technicians with Troubleshooting advanced systems, networking, hardware-related issues and Mentoring 1st level Support Technicians to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Patch and maintain server / virtualization software installed at head office
- Where needed install networking equipment and cabling according to company standards
- Respond to requests for new user creation / administration / deletion
- Troubleshoot server / Virtual machine performance issues (in store and at head office)
- Create software images for use in server and terminal deployments
- Troubleshoot network / Wifi connectivity issues
- Patch and maintain network-related hardware (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Assist 1st line support with troubleshooting user account and permission-related issues for Point of Sale and Active Directory accounts
Job Requirements:
- Retail industry knowledge, end-user support, networking, and server administration
- 4 – 6 years business experience (preferably in a Retail Environment)
- Point of Sale systems and related hardware and basic ERP skills
- A+, N+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, MCSA (Windows Server 2012), MCSE, VCTA (VMware) or similar
