Ensure effective management of information internal and external communication within Niemeyer Memorial Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

• Strengthen relations links between the facilities, internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the implementation of Departmental media policy and Batho Pele principles within the institution.
• Uphold corporate image of the institution.
• Participate in quality assurance programmes for publications purposes as per Departmental requirement in line with health calendar activity.
• Monitor adherence in the proper management of patient’s complaints, compliments and suggests.
• Assist with coordination of facility events, and promotes patients right.

Job Requirements:

• Driver’s License (unendorsed)
• Senior Certificate or Equivalent Qualification plus
• Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office Software Applications
• 2 years recognizable experience in Public Relations environment
• National Diploma/ Degree in Public Relations Management/ communication (NQF Level 6)
